Our Vision is Evolving…

Although Edmonton Culture has been around for a long time in the community, primarily putting events together in the community to promote the diversity of Edmonton Culture, it is in the present that we have undertaken the mission to work towards an inclusive and sustainable organization run by a team of dedicated and passionate members of the Edmonton community.

We are working on our future state and vision with an expanding team of board members who represent various facets of the Edmonton community and who advocate for Anti-Racist structures.

What we do know is that we want to set new standards for diversity and inclusion in Edmonton while promoting equitable and anti-racist structures and processes. We want to deepen inclusivity in Edmonton and allow for people to share their stories in an ethical manner.

Edmonton Culture will be moving towards a sustainable model with the following goals in mind;

• Setting New Standards (for Inclusivity in Edmonton).

• Countering the Establishment.

• Deepening Inclusivity.

• Decolonizing Identity.
